This portion of the evaluation will be primarily based on group assignments related to cases on conflicts in organizations. Each group not more than 5 members should analyses the given case and submit answers for the questions after reading the assigned materials, thinking about the issues, and deciding how to apply them to a real life situation.(CLO2 and CLO3) Present a detailed plan based on the concepts of conflict management principles and theory, describe various process options to consider when creating dispute systems in your organization. Outline the costs and benefits of systematizing processes for dispute management as well as describe the best practices for engaging in dispute systems design. This in-depth analytical work will assess their skill to adopt appropriate policy tools in dealing with policy making and change. (CLO3, CLO4, and CLO5).
