HYBRID LEARNING ENVIRONMENT INSTRUCTIONS This is a combo order: one for speech/presentation (face to face activity) and coursework. Please develop a Learning Environment plan that integrates technology into the face-to-face as well as the online portions of the learning context (thus a hybrid approach). Please pick a topic for this project that meets your current professional needs (whether you are teaching in higher education, a traditional K12 classroom, corporate environment, non-profit, health education, etc.). Please use the template provided. Please replace the parenthetically contained text with your content. You are asked to provide a link to an online source hosting your materials. This can be an online source like DropBox, Google Drive, etc. If youre learning task requires that your learners watch a video or do an online activity, then please provide that. Ultimately, the successful project will include both a face-to-face set of activities and an online set of activities that both effectively move learners towards an articulate set of outcomes. These two halves of the hybrid approach should interact with one another and lead learners towards a successful learning experience. Submission Procedures Please provide the link to where your materials are housed (i.e., link to a Blog, a folder in Google Drive that is shared, etc.). Please also adhere to the following Rubric: Identify Audience The candidate identifies an audience targeted by this hybrid learning environment, providing details on demographics and relevant social and professional considerations. Target Outcomes The candidate develops appropriate and clearly stated outcomes that are achievable as a result of the hybrid learning procedures articulated in the materials. Online Elements The candidate develops effective online learning elements, employing digital tools and methods efficiently and for the purpose of meeting learning needs. Active Engagement The candidate develops procedures that effectively engage the learners both in the online portion as well as the face-to-face. Content Materials/ Resources The candidate identifies, fully develops and delivers all necessary resources for both the online portion of the learning environment and for the face-to-face portion. Structure Delivery/Hosting The candidate provides all materials in a hosted shared environment, providing an understanding of the learning element itself (see the provided template) and accompanying materials/resources.
