Using the literature, analyse how, and why, developing individuals as leaders can influence and impact health service delivery at an individual level, team level and service level. In addition, use examples from your own experience to support your analysis. You are to demonstrate an ability to synthesise investigation findings to present a clear and logical overview of the impact of leadership on individuals, teams and health services, including linking contemporary leadership theory and surrounding literature.
