What does mean “being available to life” mean to you? Has your breath become more of home base for you over the past few weeks? How has your awareness of, attention to, and relationship with your breath changed, or not? How mindful are you of your body right now? How does this show up in class with the movement? How does this show up in your life? Was is shocking or confusing to learn that your body holds wisdom? That you might think of your body as a messenger? Are your roots in the air? How do you know?
