Medical Terminology Project: This exercise demonstrates the students ability to recognize and understand medical terms that are being used in a common media. Students must watch one or two episodes of a medical show. This project is worth 100 points. Points are deducted for misspelling. TV Project requirements: Identify 20 medical terminology words from medical show(s). You may NOT use medical phrases, the names of medications , abbreviations, or hyphenated terms. Define & decode each of the 20 words using a primary medical reference source (Don’t forget to cite your reference) List the reference for the definitions and the television shows watched to obtain the terms in APA format (documenting season and episode). For example: https://www.merriam- webster.com/dictionary/medical or Mosbys Dictionary. 8th Ed.. 2009. Form a sentence using each of the 20 words. (Each word must have its own sentence and demonstrate an understanding of the definition. (The sentence CAN NOT define the term.) Your responses should be absent of misspelled words and grammatical errors
