TOPIC CHOSEN: The South Australian Drug Court was established in 2000 as an initiative of the South Australian Government. It combines intensive judicial supervision, mandatory drug testing, escalating sanctions, and treatment and support services to help drug-abuse offenders break the cycle of drug abuse and crime. Is there any evidence to suggest that the South Australian Drug Court has impacted positively on reducing drug-related crime and addictive behaviours? Your evaluation must cite relevant research.
