For my topic I will specifically be discussing Incident Command System (ICS) and how it must be set up as soon as possible during any response. The instructions are as follows from the instructor: Once you have selected a topic (ICS setup during a response) provide background on your topic and explain why it is of interest to you. Then, locate a minimum of five sources from scholarly literature related to this topic, and create an annotated bibliography.
