We are creating a new business venture which will have good social impact. Our venture choice is rubbish decompose. We will use spoilage and preparation waste from hospitality businesses such as restaurants, cafes, hotels and schools and decompose it. We will then sell it to farmers/wholesalers/retailers to make profit. My parts are BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGY and EXIT PLAN. This business will be based in New Zealand, Auckland. For growth you will need to write 1000 words and for exit plan 600 word. For growth you will need to talk about brand creation within Auckland, then expanding nationwide.
