This is a Policy Memo. there is no tab for Policy Memo, so I chose the research proposal tab to make it easier as it is along those lines. I have included a detailed set of instructions on how to write the policy memo in a word doc that I have attached. It has to be 750 words in total and use footnotes for referencing. Please let me know if you need anything else you need.
