You might consider generating patient-specific stem cells for a certain individual. In somatic cell nuclear transfer using an individual’s own somatic cell and a donated unfertilized egg, would the embryonic stem cells which result have identical DNA to the patient donor who needs new tissues? Explain your answer. Please be very thorough and detailed and I will need at least four references. I will run the preview version through turnitin.com for any plagiarism. Thank you

Briefly describe the (organizational) context for the group you propose to lead, as well as its nature and general purpose. Is it an existing group?

GROUP LEADING PROPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS You will lead a 12-hour group session in your local community. The purpose of this assignment is for you to gain experience planning and leading a group with attention to group dynamics, group process, ethical and effective group facilitation, and leadership responsibilities. The group must have between 512 adult participants present (not online), excluding yourself and any co-leader. You may use a group that you already lead. You may lead a session for a group that you are a member of (with the leaders approval). You may guest lead an existing group (with the organizations and leaders approval, as applicable). However, you may not lead the same group you are attending for the Support Group Attendance assignment. You may organize a 1-time group meeting for the purpose of this assignment. The group must not consist only of your own family members. Note that you must submit this Group Leading Proposal and check Blackboard and your email for approval/changes/feedback from the instructor prior to leading the group. While there is some flexibility allowed in the type of group and its purpose, these important parameters must be met: 1. All group members must be engaged and participate orally. 2. The session must give opportunity for all group members to share meaningful, personal information openly. 3. You will practice the group leader skills described in the Jacobs et al. text, including: a. Opening the meeting in a way that engages and provides necessary information; b. Guiding and keeping the group on task and purpose; c. Holding, shifting, and deepening the focus; d. Using active and empathetic listening; e. Reflecting, clarifying, and summarizing; f. Asking effective and appropriate questions; g. Linking, cutting off, and drawing out members; and h. Closing the meeting within an agreeable timeframe. 4. The meeting may take place in a church context, but the focus must not be Bible study/discussion or prayer with little or no time for or emphasis on sharing personal information. Possible topics could be grief, anger, time management, parenting, etc. 5. While there may be a psychoeducational component of the meeting, it must not be mainly a lecture, presentation, sermon, etc. The majority of time must be spent in group interaction. 6. As the leader, you must model appropriate behavior by cultivating a caring, supportive, safe, encouraging, and accepting environment. You must closely observe members and facilitate effective processing of the meetings content while managing your own emotions and reactions. 7. You must not lead a psychotherapy session, unless you hold the necessary license and liability insurance (if so, you must furnish the instructor with copies of these documents). Note that any exceptions to these parameters must be discussed with and approved by the instructor at his/her discretion on a case-by-case basis. Also note that in order to receive credit for leading, the group and the meeting must be consistent with your approved proposal. Your Group Leading Proposal must provide the requested information and be submitted as a Word document organized using the subheadings indicated below. The proposal must be well-written in current APA format with a cover page and use of the first person pronoun is encouraged. An abstract and references page are not required. Introduction and Background Briefly describe your prior experience leading groups. Explain your choice of group for this assignment. The Group Context Briefly describe the (organizational) context for the group you propose to lead, as well as its nature and general purpose. Is it an existing group? If so, is it open or closed, how long has it been meeting, and how frequently? Is participation voluntary or mandatory? What is your prior role and involvement in this group? Is the group created solely for this assignment? The Setting Disclose when you will lead your meeting (date, time, and length). What is the location and setting for this meeting? How many participants do you expect? Provide relevant demographic information about them. What is their relationship to you? What communication will be used to announce/promote the meeting? Meeting Goal and Norms Identify the goal of the group session you will lead and explain how and why this goal is appropriate for this particular group and this meeting. Describe the ice-breaker or warm-up activity you plan you use to open the meeting. What expectations and norms will you need to communicate up front in regards to your role, confidentiality, member participation, etc.? Meeting Content and Process Describe the thematic content for the proposed meeting in some detail and how it will be processed, including format and type of exercise(s), if any. What materials, supplies and/or props will you distribute? Provide a timeline for the session. You must plan with the number of participants and the available time in mind, allowing enough time for processing and sharing. Conclusion Conclude your proposal with a final paragraph articulating your thoughts and feelings about the proposed meeting. Also, disclose any additional pertinent information that was not asked above. The group will have only 5 people and will be held in my living room.

There is “an assumption that American cinema reveals both directly and indirectly, something about American experience, identity and culture.” (John Belton, American Cinema, American Culture, p. xvii)If we take the above statement as accurate, what can we learn about American culture during the period of the studio system by examining the films made under that system? This is a broad question, but I’d like you to narrow it down by analyzing a film of your choice either among those we’ve watched for discussion assignments, or a different film of your choosing from the same period. The analysis will look more at specific aspects of a given film than your discussion board entries and dive a bit deeper into the history surrounding the film. A strong analysis will take into account stylistic elements, such as those found in Chapter 3, but it will also explain how the film relates to the societal conditions in which it was made, including the studio that made it and the historical situation at the time of its release. Plot summary is unnecessary; analyses that rely heavily on summary will receive poor grades.Your essay should have a strong thesis statement that clearly indicates what you will be arguing about the film and its place within society. More specifically, you will want to establish how the film reflects (or opposes) the societal values in which it was created. You should rely on the textbook for ideas and support, but your argument should go further than simply stating what can be found in the book. Outside research is not strictly required, but you may choose to do so if you find it will bolster your argument or clarify the historical context of the film. If you do conduct any research, please use MLA or APA style.

Directions: In this assignment, you will revise your Literature Review based on earlier feedback and add your conclusions for the best nursing practices from all the articles you’ve reviewed.Attention: Papers that do not meet the standard of writing at the Bachelor’s level (i.e. correct grammar, spelling, sentence and paragraph structure, APA format) or that do not show revisions for previous sections based on instructor feedback, will be returned ungraded for a redo, which may result in an Incomplete grade for the course. If there are multiple errors, you will get it back to do it over again! Think about this: if you don’t have time to do it right the first time, when will you have time to do it over?Go back to the beginning of your paper and read it as if this is the first time you read it. You may find it helpful to print it out so you can see the entire paper and compare sections. Does each paragraph have a “theme” and do the thoughts flow from one paragraph to the next without unnecessary duplication? Are the headings consistent with the template and is the right content under each heading and subheading? Look for clarity. Are the results from each article clearly explained under the subheading for Results (or under Recommendations if guidelines used)?Double check that you have included all the items in the directions for each section and revised the previously-submitted sections based on your instructor’s feedback posted in Blackboard Grade Center or emailed to you. If you did this every time you added a new section, then this step will be a breeze.Proofread the entire paper to make sure it has good sentence structure with appropriate commas, and all grammatical or spelling errors are corrected. Use the word processing software to help you with grammar and spelling (in Word it is under the tab “Review”). Was APA format followed for numbers less than 10? Did you avoid using personal pronouns (I me my)? It may help you to read it out loud or seek the help of an English tutor.Make sure your references are cited correctly (first and subsequent times). The APA Manual has a handy chart of page 177 for how many authors to list. Make sure that all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list. It will help if you print out your paper and check off each source when you verify it is cited correctly in the paper and listed in the references. Verify that references are listed correctly in APA format. Now you are ready to add the new and final section. Conclusions from lit review should answer “What are the best practices or nursing interventions on your topic?” Were you able to answer your PICOT question? If yes, explain what you found. If not, explain what you were not able to find and what you did find that related to the topic. This should mostly be in your own words, but cite each source at least once to show where your conclusions camefrom. Did you find similar or different results from each source? If results are consistent, then you can cite more than one source after that conclusion. For example: Nurse-led protocols are more effective in reducing….. (Jones, 2015; Smith, 2014). Paraphrase here; don’t copy/paste!You will find it helpful to go back to your paper and underline or highlight the key findings from each article (that you wrote under the subheadings for Results and Guideline Recommendations). You may also find it helpful to talk to someone else about what you found in the articles (or audio tape yourself). When you summarize it out loud, you will find that forming the conclusions in your own words is easier.Create a bulleted list of your conclusions of the best evidence for nursing practice from all the articles you reviewed, including guideline recommendations. Try to start the bulleted items in a consistent format (such as with a verb like assess, monitor, educate….). Remember: Research doesn’t prove anything; it only provides evidence to support or reject a hypotheses (so don’t use the word prove).Prior to the due date, submit it to Turnitin.com using the Turnitin.com LR link in this module and view the Originality report (plagiarism). If the total Originality score is over 15% or any one source is more than 5%, discuss it with instructor, then edit, and repost it to the Turnitin.com link. Your second version will replace your first submission. The Turnitin report will be reviewed by the instructor, but only your final version will be graded. You can disregard the matches for the level of evidence scale, as long as the source is cited at the end of the block quote. please use the template from below and make any changes to document that has already been done thank you please also pay close attention to APA and grammar.
