That is, you must identify an existing program that will be the focus of your evaluation proposal. This assignment must explicate (a) what program you will evaluate (including a web link to the program website), (b) what you will measure, (c) what will be your criteria for success, and (d) quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods evaluation questions. This assignment must include one APA format citation and reference for one peer reviewed journal article related to your topic. Do not count the words in the reference in your overall word count.
