Based on the feedback you received from your consulting proposal last period, using the same client, prepare a succinct 1000-word description of the outcomes for performing the consulting.

Project:
Consulting Outcome
Details:

Part 1:

Include the following major sections from the period 2 proposal with any changes that were recommend by your Professor (if no changes were recommended, you may copy/paste these verbatim into the document): Executive Summary, Background, Analysis, Conclusions, Recommendations. This section does not count towards the 1000-words required for part 2. This should have the heading, Part 1: Proposal. Place this at the beginning of the document.

Part 2:

Based on the feedback you received from your consulting proposal last period, using the same client, prepare a succinct 1000-word description of the outcomes for performing the consulting. Outcomes = desired goals/results. What are the desired results of your consulting with this client? Write from the perspective of a consultant to senior leadership of the organization. Although you may use any format you prefer, it might be helpful to write them in terms of SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-oriented). The desired outcomes/goals should be a set of concrete and detailed steps you will take the help them understand what you will be doing in your consulting with them.

This should have the heading, Part 2: Desired Outcomes. Place this after Part 1 of the document, described above.

There is no standard consulting report. The content of the report will be determined by such things as the nature of the clients specific problems, your consulting style, and the terms of any agreement.

Below is an abbreviated example (of the equivalent of Part 2) of a consulting proposal for a church (JLAP) that describes the Purpose, Desired Outcomes, and Steps that will be taken to complete the consulting. This is ONLY an example. It is not necessarily how your Consulting Outcome needs to look like. Feel free to write your Consulting Outcome according to the needs of your client and how you prefer to do consulting.
