In this assignment, you will apply the material and concepts studied and learned in the first five topics of the module to an organisation of your choice. This means that you can select any company in your country or in another region for which you (can) have access to in-depth information about its operations, circumstances and strategies. Typically, a safe choice would be to select a publicly traded company listed on a stock exchange either in your country or in another region.Acting as a consultant, you should briefly present the nature of the company, analyse its internal environment, its resources and capabilities, as well as the broader market environment and industry structure. You have to provide a clear assessment of its current strategic posture and, finally, provide recommendations about the company’s future strategic behavior and how it can sustain and/or improve its competitive advantage and performance in the industry(ies) in which it operates.Please note that you are expected to adopt a dynamic perspective in all these analyses.
