All students will individually undertake a project. They will identify an HR topic from their textbook i.e., like recruitment, selection or diversity management which they find interesting and relevant. They will then select a company and discuss their chosen HR topic in the context of their company. Students will be graded on their capability to relate HR theory from textbook to the existing policies prevalent within the company selected.
You will be submitting a paper on an assigned cancer topic in Session 3. Take some time during this session to review the paper criteria and your assigned cancer topic. Below is an outline that mirrors the rubric that will be used to grade your paper. Each section of your paper will have a heading that matches the criteria in the rubric (with the exception of the Introduction which has no heading according to APA formatting.
When writing a research paper, you are required to integrate information into every paragraph that can be confirmed by research (scholarly information). Each paragraph must have a minimum of one in-text citation with a matching reference on the Reference page of your paper. Carefully review the criteria below. Purpose of the thesis: The main purpose of this bachelors thesis is to conduct a customer satisfaction survey for company kokkikartano. The aim and purpose of the project is to find the current customer satisfaction level of the company and efficiency in customer satisfaction.
