Discussion Prompt: Depression & You
A core symptom of depression is the inability to feel pleasure. Some people with depression experience grief and guilt so severe that they feel no pleasure at all and begin to distort the way they interpret the world around them. Discuss what you could do if your closest friend began to exhibit signs of depression after an extended stressful event.
