This week, we explored how sexuality is highly diverse and that how we understand sexuality is influenced by our culture. We also explored different theories on the development of sexuality – biological, social, relational, flexible, etc. Regardless of how our sexuality is developed, a common debate is whether sexuality involves agency – that is, our ability to control our sexuality. Do you feel that you can control your sexual attractions? Why or why not? You do NOT need to disclose your sexual identity and/or behavior to complete this assignment.
