Argumentative Essay Instructions.To synthesize what you have learned throughout the course, your final assignment will serve as a capstone project in the form of an argumentative essay. Focusing on the law enforcement and judicial components of our justice system, identify a pending criminal court case within the United States Supreme Court, or any of the state supreme courts. After doing so, form an opinion about the case based upon your own research and then write an essay arguing your position. Your argument should be based upon current interpretations of our Constitutional privileges supported by established case law. Consider what you have learned from the textbook and compare it to your research.
