Included a figure of a multifactorial model. Criteria 6: Preventive strategies/interventions with ethical underpinning relevant to the topic (4 marks) – Lists, briefly describe and discuss the preventive strategies/interventions, identifies the levels of prevention (e.g. primary, secondary or tertiary prevention) and briefly discuss ethical, equity issues. Criteria 7: Conclusions (3 marks) – should be stated concisely and well organised Criteria 8: Structure (2 marks) – Well written and well organised – All subheadings as per the numbered sections above. – Times New Roman, Font 12, 1.5 spacing, page numbers on the top right-hand corner, word limit 2000, excluding reference list, figures and tables.
