Consider the following issues/questions before posting your analysis. You don’t have to answer each question separately.
1. Why should Amazon build more warehouses as it grows? Why can it not rely on third parties like it used to?
2. How does Amazon’s strategy add value to the e-commerce process and your experience?
3. List and evaluate the major uncertainties (high risk, high impact etc.) that Amazon faces in it’s supply chain design decision?
