What might you be losing in life being lost in thought? Is your attitude towards yourself one of a friend, foe, or maybe even indifference? How might your attitude be effecting how you navigate hurdles, confusion, or stressful moments? What attitude would you like to have towards yourself? What did it feel like to have an inner smile during the meditation? What did you find in following the breath? How are you developing awareness through your practices? Is this moving into life?
