Scenario. Kate is a first year master of health and science student at an university As a single mother with 18 month old daughter she is concerned she might find it difficult to mix with other students as her priorities arw different. She had a difficult childbirth and her daughter suffers from severe asthma. When Kate is at Uni her daughter attends the local childcare centre, Kate herself suffers from type one Diabetes and recently has been suffering from anxiety that made her take some medication. Kate has limited family support and lives in a small unit, a bus ride away from uni. She has been advised by her close friend to take some other alternative approaches to relieve anxiety and improve her mental emotional state. this story brought Kate to the idea of undertaking research in this area of her minor masters thesis.She is not sure about how the problem could be formulated to a research question and what research design, methodology and methods are appropriate
