(Should we obtain literature on what has worked in rural areas in Mexico, the cultural believes of folic acid, nutrition of infant, nutrition of mothers, lack of resources, lack of education?)Yes, you will be developing your own proposals for the capstone course. You will want to ask yourself what literature do you need to review to be able to conduct a needs assessment with this clinic/community, in regards to the nutritional needs of infants/mothers. The areas of literature that you highlight here are absolutely apt areas for follow up for your capstone proposal.
