You need to choose any three of the modules and explore these in relation to your workplace. For example you may choose to look at Business Meetings, Performance Metrics and Team leadership.Consider some of the following questions that will help you think about the modules in relation to a workplace with which you are familiar.What actually happens? Describe what happens in the business in relation to the module. E.g. Is there performance management and how does the business manage it? Is it taken seriously? Are there good measures in place? How do the staff feel about it? What you feel about it?Examine what happens by referring to the theory and literature including what is provided by the Modules but also some of your own research.What do you think should happen? How should the business manage this area? Write your recommendations and support them with theory.You should do this for the three chosen modules.How does this information help you in developing your employability skills and in your career planning?
