3. Journal When you name your emotions what do you notice? Is this practice hard or easy for you and why might that be? What are the strong or difficult emotions that you have? What is underneath them? What are you noticing shifting in your yoga practice in class? What feels easy, what feels hard? How do you approach what feels easy? How do you approach what feels hard? Where do you “check out” or pretend you are bored or don’t like something to mask deeper feelings? Have you moved any of the practices into life outside the class? What is your current attitude towards yourself? Is this attitude supporting you to be? Is there room to have a kinder attitude with yourself?
