(12 points) (1) Research question (purpose of the study) (2) Background (introduction /literature review) (3) Method (sample, measures, and data collection strategies) (4) Data analysis strategy and study findings. The next three subheadings (conclusions, implications, and lessons learned) should EACH be written in one paragraph that includes the content you believe is necessary to address the following (6 points): (5) Given the researchers methods, can they conclude what they conclude (justify your answer with specific citations from your textbook or the Lib Guides or APA text); (6) Implications for Public Administration practice, policy, research, and/ or education; (7) Lessons that you take from the study.
