Title of the Research: Management of Multicultural Organizations in Qatar. Perceptions of Performance in Multicultural Teams. Aim of the Research: To investigate the main factors that influence how individuals perceive the performance and the effectiveness of multicultural individuals working as a team in organizations in Qatar. This study is based on the following Research Question: How can Management reverse the perceptions of performance in multicultural teams. Objectives: 1. Determine by using the information collected from the questionnaires/ interviews the main challenges leaders and managers face while managing multicultural teams in Qatar. How the Managers and technical level employees across different industries perceive performance and challenges while integrated in multicultural teams. 2. Critically review existing studies on management of multicultural teams while having focus on the challenges and the effectiveness of multicultural individuals working together. Identify based on the questionnaires/interviews made to technical and managerial individuals their perspective of the main factors that impact performance positively or negatively in multicultural teams WHAT IS REQUESTED: Chapter 5 as below: CHAPTER 5 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS CONCLUSIONS Conclusions are a summary of the overall findings and should relate to the original aim, objectives and research question. Prioritise the recommendations that are likely to achieve the greatest effect and, in doing so, take into account potential implementation difficulties, the benefits that it will accrue from the implementation and the cost implications.
