Outline a Personal Approach to Leadership Consistent with an Analysis of Leadership Strengths and Challenge

This weeks assignment affords you the opportunity to present your findings of the problem you have solved or the change opportunity you recommend to the leadership of the organization(s) you are working with. If possible, you will want your sponsor, team members, and invited representatives of senior management present. It may be helpful to have members from both upstream and downstream of the process present as well to support your findings and proposed changes. This presentation should be clear and concise. A PowerPoint presentation of slides should suffice. Your presentation should include a brief statement of the problem or change opportunity, a rationale for change, key findings, resources needed to implement the solution(s), the timetable of key steps, likely benefits/collateral consequences of the change. A Q&A session will follow with an expectation of what the path to the decision would look like. Be sure that confidentiality is discussed prior to the meeting and that your organization is aware that this project was in partial fulfillment of your degree.
