Supporting your employees volunteering Volunteering is good for a person. Studies show that volunteering improves individuals lives, making them both happier and literally healthier. Its also no secret that consumers are increasingly focused on supporting companies that support their communities. Businesses can support their community through many ways, including having their employees volunteer. Putting these two truths together, it would seem obvious that businesses should provide paid time off for their employees to volunteer in their community. However, this is rarely done. My white paper concept is to counsel my business/organization to add a pay to volunteer program within the company. Does this meet the assumption of Homoscedasticity? Explain. Are there significant differences between individuals in the three groups (i.e., low, medium, and high ability) with respect to their reading comprehension, ability to copy words, composition, and writing words? Provide support.3) Perform a MANCOVA for this data set. Include the Raven test as covariate. Describe the results, including pertinent tables. Compare these results with the MANOVA test. Explain any differences.
You can write your research about social problems where the free markets are not allowed to function, which includes the market for a particular illegal good and service, a regulated market, etc. Select a social problem where free markets are not allowed to function, and conduct research on the social problem. Describe how free market features could be introduced to help alleviate the social problem through free market operations of supply and demand. Discuss the risks of introducing market mechanisms of supply and demand in situations where ethical issues are present. Topics I suggest you avoid: Some students have written about sex trafficking or human trafficking lately, which is a problem people have become attuned to in recent years. For several reasons, I have seen a lot of confusion where students choose this as a topic, and frankly, it’s probably best that you choose something else. Less common are papers about abortion. This, too, is one of those areas where student papers tend to get tied in knots philosophically, and I urge you to avoid that topic as well. Also, a few students have written about problems with administering some government program, like welfare programs. But welfare programs are not a “market.” Welfare recipients are not being traded as a good or service.

Please follow APA guidelines, include title page, abstract, and reference page. Be sure to answer all questions, 1. Stakeholder vs Shareholder theories have been an on-going debate. Many scandals in recent history such as Enron, WorldCom, Wells Fargo, and others, are often used as evidence that the shareholder theory encourages or at least opens the door for unethical decision-making. Stakeholder and shareholder theories are normative theories of social responsibility. Some business leaders argue there is very little if any difference to the two theories as both support social responsibility. Does shareholder theory encourage unethical business decisions? In what ways do the theories support social responsibility? How would one determine the stakeholder priority when making an ethical decision when competing needs of the stakeholders are apparent? You will need to do an in-depth literary search on the topic in order to create a fully-developed response. You will need to include in-text citations and a references list for external references used in supporting your points for this question. You should have no fewer than 7 references for your response to this particular question, 4 of which must be from peer-reviewed sources. Use APA formatting where appropriate.
