Concept Paper #1: Encouragement and LeadershipStudents will prepare a 1200-word reflective essay on the use of encouragement as a motivation tool ofleaders. This paper must be written in 6th edition APA format. The purpose of this essay is to integratelearning, personal experience and work experience. This paper will require the use of the class text booksand four peer-reviewed journals (as outside sources). Utilizing the readings and discussions in this courseup to this point, students will discuss how encouragement moves followers to personal performance.
