What advantages are there to managing production by using the bottleneck resource(s) to determine when to let new WIP into the system? 3. After the plant started using green and red tags, several additional improvements were made to the production system. Near the end of the book the team discovers a new problem occurring as a result of the tags. What principle does this experience teach Alex and his team about constraints?
