This assignment will require a value stream map as well as a written analysis. The written analysis should be a page in length and then there is the value stream map which should also fit on a page. I calculated the assignment as 3 pages in case the written analysis goes over.
The paper should be on something in the restaurant industry, you may choose the exact process that you would like to choose within that industry. There is a template in the files to be used that simply has to be filled in.
