1. County population health analysis report Critically review the Pennsylvania and County Health Profiles, 2016 Report* for two select counties. Briefly discuss the social, economic, political, and legal implications that you discern for the three chosen conditions to be addressed in each county. Lecture presentations on different aspects of measures of morbidity, mortality, fertility, and other measures pertaining to health care infrastructure availability, access, and utilization, along with sources of data. Pedagogical tools will include PPT slides, web sites (such as United States Census, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and National Center for Health Statistics), published reports, and relevant peer-reviewed publications.
