Analyse this from the point of view of: value, rareness, imitability, and sustainability. Outline both strengths and weaknesses this initiative may have on competitive advantage. Where relevant bring in your own experiences and strategic thinking. Learning Outcomes: Demonstrate an understanding of the key approaches, theories and concepts that inform strategic management.
