Step 2 – Imagine that you are hired as a strategic consultant by the management team of KFH&RC to help the organisation with their future strategic planning. Thinking about what you know from the case study and what you have learnt about external analysis in Unit 4; critically discuss the KFH&RC external analysis process as outlined in the case study. Throughout your discussions you are also required to address the following questions: What were the strengths and weaknesses of their external analysis? Why?
