This paper requires that students take a position on an argument while still making concessions to reasonable readers who might otherwise disagree. Students should present a stance, acknowledge a contradictory stance, and argue for a balanced position. The paper should be a minimum of 1200 words long, but will probably be closer to 1500. Use at least four different sources, and make sure those sources are reputable and detailed enough to lend your statements weight.
