In general, Dental implants are placed in the bone and abutment is screwed into the implants. Over the abutment, crowns are placed.In our study, we made Finite Element model of the mandible, Implants, Abutments and Crowns.Six implants are placed in the mandible, Abutments are placed over them and crowns are given.In general, we give Titanium implants and metal ceramic / zirconia crowns.In our study, we varied the type of crown used, and we are checking for stress distribution in the implant, abutment and surrounding areas.
