Explain why this side promotes this concept, or why this concept does not apply to the case.

These major concepts are:Living under a government that protects person and property, no exceptionsLiving under a government that does not harm person and propertyReligionPersonal LibertySelf-GovernmentInstead of an introduction, simply state the name of the case that you will analyze. Then write five paragraphs, each one devoted to one of the concepts listed above, and in the order listed above. Each paragraph must consist of the following five parts, and in this order:State which side of the case will promote the concept you are discussing; if the concept does not apply to your case, then state that it does not apply.Explain why this side promotes this concept, or why this concept does not apply to the case.Explain what the quotation says, using your own words.Re-state which side will promote this concept (or re-state that it does not apply) and the reason why, but this time when you re-state the reason why, use part of the quotation you just used instead of using your own words.

EXPRESSION, ARTICULATION, REPRESENTATION AND NARRATION OF PAIN

ESSAY AND REFERENCING STYLE: MHRAThis essay is supposed to be a critical essay with a reflective angle. The critical part would be the main focus; the reflective part is not necessary from your end. I will break down the contents of the essay in the order it needs to be written in:1. Introduction – I have already written this part (attached in the files), but you are free to edit it.2. Emotional vs Physical pain: Write about how important emotional pain is to any work of art, and how common and subconsciously used it is in comparison to physical pain. Include a couple of differences between how the two of them have been used in literature over the years and how the former is easier to write than the latter. (please refer to different writers and their works).3. Main part: The essay is about the use and description of physical pain in fiction over the years, how various writers over the years have used physical pain as a successful tool in their story to elevate the story to greater heights, and the different writing techniques they have used to do so. You can also mention other people from the world of art that have used pain as an important part of their work, like performance artist Marina Abramovic. Then, talk about the difficulty of remaining fresh and original while describing physical pain, not running into cliches or become boring with the mundane descriptions of physical pain (physical pain descriptions need to be very specific, at the same time maintaining a poetic/artistic quality to it), and pushing the limitations of pain (mention which writers have done so). (Here is a link of an article that covers all the points. But please do not write anything from this article, just take the concept. LINK: https://www.louiseharnbyproofreader.com/blog/5-tips-for-writing-about-physical-pain-in-fiction)4. Conclusion: Conclude it with a short paragraph by using the title of the essay and writing something on the lines of it. Make it up.5. References: MHRA STYLE: Mention all the sources in the bibliography, and include every source you have used in the essay on the bottom of the respective page.

COST ACCOUNTING SYSTEM

Assignment Details Cost Accounting System Course outcome addressed in this Assignment: HA520-2: Assess cost concepts, management control processes of budgeting, revenue cycle management, working capital, time value analysis, capital budgeting analysis, and long-term financing decisions. Instructions You are the chair of the Network’s ad hoc task force. Your charge is to evaluate the two alternatives and to make a recommendation on which one to accept, if revenues would be identical for the two alternatives, and hence the decision can be made solely on the basis of costs. As part of the analysis, the costs of the two alternatives must be estimated on a per procedure basis and an annual basis. In addition, any relevant qualitative factors must be considered before the recommendation is made. To keep the base case analysis manageable, the task force was instructed to assume that the operating costs remain constant over the useful life of the equipment. For comparative purposes, this assumption is not too egregious because the activities are roughly the same for both alternatives and, hence, inflation would have a somewhat neutral impact on the cost comparison. In addition, the System CFO has asked the task force to perform some sensitivity (scenario) analyses. He is concerned about the accuracy of the cost detail inputs. Although he is confident about many of the estimates, he thinks others are more arbitrary. Those activity cost inputs considered to be most uncertain are supplies cost per unit; billing and collection cost per unit; general administration cost per unit; and transportation, setup, and breakdown cost per unit. Thus, first, the task force must redo the analysis assuming that these inputs are higher than the base case values by 10 and 20 percent. Activity cost inputs less than the base case values could also be examined, but the critical issue here is not to underestimate the total costs involved in the two alternatives. Second, the task force must determine what would happen to the cost estimates if the useful life of the capital equipment were as short as three years or as long as seven years. Another concern was that the useful life of the equipment depended on the alternative chosen; that is, there would be less wear and tear under Alternative 1 than under Alternative 2. Finally, the task force must assess the impact of a purchase discount: Would the discount amount influence the ultimate decision? You believe that performing a sensitivity analysis on the number of procedures would be helpful, but you realize this task would require recalculation of the per unit cost inputs, an effort thought to be too time-consuming to undertake at this point in the analysis. NOTE: The student can make this as detailed as desired, that is, s/he can add as much financial information (spreadsheets) to match ones comfort level with numbers and number crunching.
