Develop an analysis including the following: Evaluate trends of revenue sources and balances (funds, surpluses, deficits) and how they impact the governments budget. Evaluate ethical practices of financial policy on taxes, fees, and charges. Assess internal/external opportunities and challenges of revenue sources.
