The aim of this review is to identify what definitions are being used in clinical drug trials for Pseudomonas in Cystic Fibrosis patients.We are not aiming to devise a protocol for defining Pseudomonas, because there are already lots of protocols out there.What we want is just to understand the frequency at which the current definitions are used (if at all) within RCTs in CF. Then the conclusion/future research section can include ‘there should be a universally used protocol developed and implemented’.
