Students will choose a topic (international or domestic threat) and choose a policymaker or boss as the Customer/Reader (example president of the USA). The students will prepare an Executive Summary and lay-out the current situation and issues. The paper will have an Executive Summary, Background of the topic, and a over Conclusion, and will note Information Gaps.
